The PROTECT Act of 2003 is a backronym which stands for Prosecutorial Remedies and Other Tools to End the Exploitation of Children Today. 108 Public Law 21. Gangs, bad parenting, child predators, child labor, and much much more. Newtown Killings has open the door for proactive activity addressing protecting all children in our great country. “It takes a village to raise a child,” this is a saying that has been around since I was a child, many years ago. Frankly it holds true, we as a community must work together to forge our youth to develop into good Americans. Remember, Penn State scandal, these children lost their lives also. The victims are not dead, they were however emotionally killed. Force to live life and control the pain of  criminal incident.

When a teen takes his first drink in the boys bathroom, he has no idea he could be in for a life of emotional pain if he does not learn to control drinking. Once again using America history, there were gangs, bullies, in the 1950s, 60s, 70s, 80s. Violence seems to become a daily happening in and around our schools since 1990s, what is going on?
